On 7th Sep 2023, I had the opportunity to attend the HRD Corp Workshop – Training Provider Module, organized by the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC). The workshop was conducted by Mohd Shairi, Customer Experience Department at HRD Corp.
The workshop was designed to provide training providers with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage the training delivery process effectively. It covered a wide range of topics, including:
- Submission of training programs
- Progress reporting
- Documentation
- Tips and tricks
The workshop was very informative and engaging. Mohd Shairi was an excellent facilitator, and he did a great job of explaining the complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand. He also shared a lot of practical tips and advice, which I found very helpful.
One of the things I appreciated most about the workshop was that it was interactive. We had the opportunity to participate in group exercises and discussions, which helped us to learn from each other and to apply the concepts to our own businesses.

I am grateful to HRD Corp for organizing this workshop and to Mohd Shairi for facilitating it. I learned a lot from the workshop, and I am confident that the knowledge and skills I gained will help me to manage my training programs more effectively.
