Lotusarts Technology Buddy organized the EQCare Health Care Scheme Introduction & Website Launching Ceremony on 27 July 2023 at 4:00 PM at Ixora Hotel in Bandar Baru Prai, Penang. The event was held in collaboration with the Malaysian Ex-Customs Association (PERBEKAS) and the Malaysian Ex-Public & Private Servants Association (PEJASMA).

The ceremony was attended by over 200 members. It was officiated and launched by YB Tuan Sim Chee Keong, Deputy Minister of Finance II. Also present were Dato’ Zazuli Johan – Director General of Malaysian Customs, Dato’ Ir. Rajendran Anthony – Mayor of Penang, ACP Tan Cheng San – Seberang Perai Tengah District Police Chief, Dato’ Abd Rahman Manan – President of PERBEKAS and Datuk Dr. Azih Muda – President of PEJASMA also joined at the event.
